- We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order depending on the shipping method selected. Royal Mail do not regard a parcel as lost until after 15 working days, which we must adhere to. We cannot re-dispatch any order until after this time, unless you have specified Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed Service.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are processed by Secpay.com. t is just as safe as placing an order over the phone or even buying from retail stores. We don't save your credit card information and can't even view it. All data is transmitted through a secure server (SSL) by our credit card processor.
